These are used in conjunction with Honda Light Bar 08V31-MCV-100B.
They are cosmetic covers for the exposed fork where the OEM turn signals get moved from. The OEM turn signals get relocated to the light bar tube.

I bought some of those but did not like the way they matched up with the upper tube cover looks kind of cheap. What i did was take the stock turn signal bracket off and mill down the nub that the turn signal attaches to. Polish the bracket and install back into place.
