[H-Town X]

May be purchasing a Hoppe fairing for my 04 retro spec 3, which comes with covered forks. Called Hoppe and was told that the fairing will not fit spec 3 bikes because of the covered forks, and that even if I chaged to the uncovered forks that I may still have a problem with the install on the 04 bike, am I missing something? any help for those who have installed a fairing would be appreciated

I would think it would work fine once you remove the upper covers where it attaches :? The are plastichrome anyways. You could always remove them and measure the forks 8) Then compare to regular forks :?

I put one for a c model on my 05 f spec 2. Take off the top tripple tree and remove the fork covers. I put on a cobra light bar and drilled holes for my blinkers. PM me with your email and I will send ya some pictures.
