Wifey always complains that her right foot gets very hot when riding on the back. I noticed that the peg is only about an inch from the pipe so that would explain it. Anyone else have this complaint and is there anything I can do?

My wife had the same complaint......I put on a set of the JC Whitney floorboards and no more problems.

+1 I have seen them. They are nice and an easy install. Right in the peg slot.
