All,
New to the board and buying a VTX when I return from deployment. Just thought to ask the SF board about recommendations for a hot weather riding jacket. I am taking a 3 week trip with a couple buddies this summer out west before coming home and wanted to see if anyone here has some input on jackets that I won't boil in.

The only jacket that I would recommend for the summer months would be a mesh type jacket. The Joe Rocket Pheonix would be an example......

Keep in mind tho, that any jacket you wear will be hot down here. I'm assuming that you want a jacket for safety reasons, and therefore you should be able to find mesh jackets with armour in the right places.

Oh, I just remembered that Fieldshear makes pretty good jackets too!

Wanted to get a jacket for protection and in case it does get chilled at night on the rides. Riding from Utah, Wyoming, SD back to Utah.
I was planning on ordering the Fieldsheer high Temp jacket. Tough to shop from out here.
