Im looking at options (other than stock) and was just curious what might be out there... different types of brackets etc.

There are alot of creative minds on this board.. Anyone care to share pics of how you mounted your license plate?

Heated mine up and melted it to shape of fender.

yup

I just used some 2X2 " aluminum angle, punched a hole for the shock bolt on the aircleaner side because every time I pushed it my leg would hit it when it was on the shifter side.
I initially used the bracket that I cut off the rear fender. I just put it in the vice and bent the angle I needed. Doesn't cost you a dime that way.
All in all I like the aluminum set up better

Guess a couple zip ties were cheaper than JB Weld on the helmet

Just did mine by adding Jett Ink's side mount and Aeromach's rear replacement part. An old post I found after a search told me I didn't need to replace a shock bolt for the side mount's installation. It's great finding information like that here.
