Just out of curiousity, how many of you folks ride I 75 frequently. I myself usually stay on 41, or 301. I just don't like the ida that I HAVE to ride at 75mph or get run over.
On pleasure trips, I try to avoid the major highways whenever possible. However, I also use the bike as work transportation (all of Florida and Georgia). Using I-75, and other highways is the only way to get there without it taking too long.nighthawkvtx said:Just out of curiousity, how many of you folks ride I 75 frequently. That's because we think 500 miles is a short ride! :lol:ironmorph said:I really don't mind the interstate at all. The thing that really galls me is stopping every 1000 feet for a light. I would much rather be bored by riding the super slab, than ride in stop and go traffic.
Especially the young ladies who are putting on makeup with one hand, holding the cell phone with the other, and wondering why they are all over the road! :lol:Jimysan said:I like slabbin'.
At least I don't have to worry about the dreaded
left turn in front of me. Just the occasional butthead
who cuts into your lane.
Most of them don't wonder why they are all over the road. Either they don't know any better or they just don't care. If it isn't about them, they don't worry about it.Bankshot said:Especially the young ladies who are putting on makeup with one hand, holding tghe cell phone with the other, and wondering why they are all over the road! :lol:Jimysan said:I like slabbin'.
