I live in St. Charles Missouri. This is near St. Louis Mo. This summer I want to do some day and weekend rides to different Veterans/War memorials in Missouri and Illinois. It does not matter which war or conflict as long as they Honor our fighting men and women.

The problem is I can not find any listing of these memorials. I need help. If you're city, town or county has a Memorial, please tell me about it so I can stop by and place a small flag. Please list Town or city, county and state. Some directions to the memorial will be a great help.

Post her or e-mail [email protected]

Thanks in advance. Greg

Well it is not a memorial but the Jacksonville Veterans Cemetary is beautiful. It is a very peaceful place. I have done several Patriot Guard Rides there.

Jacksonville Missouri about 45 Minutes north of Columbia Mo on HWY 63

Hey there... im in the Missouri Army National Guard and work down here at Jefferson Barracks... if you've never made it down to the National Cemetery I highly suggest the trip... I live in St Charles as well and the ride is probably about 25 min tops from ya... let me know if you want directions to it...

Hey MoBiker, I was in Branson today on business.
There is a WWII vetrans memorial museum on Highway 76 west of 65.
It could be a little over done like a few things down there, but it might be pretty well done like a lot of things are there.
I did not have time to go in, but I thought I'd at least mention it..

down load google earth map and do a search on it it will show a bunch around the country and by state. then do a best route query and it will route them for ya. You will need at least DSL for it to run since its a real time active map engine
