Greetings everyone,

Although I'm relatively new to posting, I've been lurking here for quite some time. This is a great board!

Anyway, I had a question. Can a Memphis fats 21" windscreen from a 1300 be mounted on a 1800C? If the mounts don't work, can the windscreen be used with the mounting kit for an 1800C? (ok that's two questions )

I don't know if the mounts will work, I doubt it. But the windshield will definitely work with the correct mounts. Mine has been on three different bikes in it's life.

The brackets will not work. I traded in my 1300C for a 1800C two years ago and made the brackets part of the deal on the new bike.

Make sure you get the correct brackets. I got the wrong ones initially (got them for uncovered forks and I needed covered forks)

Very frustrating when you think you have a new toy to play with.

P.S. I still have the brackets for the 1800 if you don't have covered forks.
