Why pay pay 3 times what a stebel cost? for the same loudness?? sure it has a nice chrome cover but is the cover worth 94$$

I like my stebel...loud 139db, hidden and inexpensive

I've read all good things about the Stiebel horn. Anybody using the Mini Beast Horn from thepropad.com ? It's about $128 so before I decide I thought I would ask. If so where did you mount it and did you use a relay?

Never heard of the 'mini beast', so I googled it. It looks like a nice horn if you want your horn mounted where it is visible.

That horn placement looks like where the Harleys have their horn. I know a Harley rider that says his horn is barely audible if his leg is against the cover (his usual riding position), but if he takes the time to move his leg away then the horn can be heard.

I haven't ever heard the Harley horn, so I don't know how loud they are.

Anyway, the point of this post is that having the horn there being blocked by your leg will probably reduce it's effectiveness!
