looked like he was on the cell phone when he got out of the car. they are a big distraction while driving. If you want to really get frightened just go to ant intersection and check out how many people are on cell phones in a hours time that come through the intersection. I think the cell phone makers should be required to have something built into the phones where they wouldn't work inside a vehicle at least while it was moving

Two weeks ago I was sitting at a red light, and three cars in a row went by, left to right, each with the drivers holding a GD cell upside their haids.

Two younger women and one middle-age male.

It's insanity! and the ONLY reason that I can come up with why it's allowed is because business people and the lawmakers themselves feel they MUST be able to be in contact others when driving.
