For thoes of you who use a driver to passenger comm system on a regular basis, what do you think of the st-1 (link below)?

If this isn't a good system, what is? And where can I get it (links apreciated)
I need the comm system for highway use and with the wind suppresor. Radio is not a need but would be nice. And price range from $0-180 would be great.
