Traded the VTX in Monday on a new Heritage Softail Classic. The Honda was a great bike and would smoke this one "6 ways to Sunday" ... BUT that is not a concern of mine, since I normally just putt on the back roads. I am not going to lie, I've wanted a HD since I was a kid, and after putting up with the woman I divorced after 18+ long years ... I felt that I deserved it.:wink: I am not a hardcore HD fan, though I am a hardcore motorcycling fan and when the salesman offered me free HD apparel after the sale I declined it and swapped it for money for accessories; this boy only sports MICHIGAN apparel! :twisted: GO BLUE!!! ....stunning looking bike. You will love it. For now and for me, The VTX1800R is the best bike for the $$$.. Had lots of harleys myself...PS. use amsoil 20-wt50wt synthetic.. your harley will love you for it !! Good looking kids you got there. take care of them and nice ridding !!
