Greetings, I just bought an '06 1300 C brand new. It runs like a dream.....except when going real slow. If I try to maintain a 20-25 mph speed, it will buck, and sometimes pop.
The bike now has 24 miles (the ride home) dealer won't be open till Thursday. Anything I can check/do?
Really appreciate the help. Thanks!

Make sure you're in first gear and the choke is pushed all the way in. If all else fails ,,, drive F-A-S-T-E-R ....

Good Luck....

20-25 I run in 2nd gear, or 3rd gear if I'm not needing to speed up and need to be quiet.

Be aware that the clutch is "grabby" when new. This bit me in the rear the first week I had it. Stalled it at a stop while turning right, down I went. 13 on the odo.. =/

Based on the "need to be quiet", I am assuming that this bike does not have stock exhaust? If so, what else is not stock? Airbox?

Thanks

The bike is stock, right off the floor. I will check the acorn nuts as well as other exhaust nuts and bolts. When the bucking happens I am usually in second gear.
Thanks everyone

I would try running first gear to see what happens. I run 20 to 25 in second and am just barely touching the throttle.
