Man the Swith Blade shield really sucks. I get just blasted after 50MPH. If I lean foward 2 inches it perfect but no adjustment.Do you think if it's lowerd it will help. Right now it;s about 1 inch above eye level.

Wow I love my switch blades. Now I got the shorty, and it is about eye leavel, and I got the big @ss two up, the two up is huge, and ugly as he!!, but I dont get much for wind at all with that one, and only use it for my wife, she loves it. The shorty is on all the time, and I get lots of wind, but thats why I like it, 200 miles today, and it felt like I had now shield at all, but, only got hit with one bug, and it was high on my glasses, my shield is coverd in bugs right now, but I got none, and I dont feel beaten up from the wind, and yet it felt like no shield, I love the shorty. My brackets are all the way to the top of the forks, they have to be for me, because of my head light extension, its the only place the shiel can go and still come on and off. I also have a very low slung seat, and with my fatty bars, and the way I sit this shield is perfect.

I have the 2up on mine, and I am fine exept for the buffeting. I am going to try some lowers and see if they help. My wife gets the wind however. She said she gets blasted pretty hard at 70 +.

I think my wife gets good protection, cuz she is short, and my back seat is really low, or it might not have done so good for her.

The lowers will eliminate 95% of the buffetting, and they attach to the brackets used to hold the windshield. I've been running my setup for almost 2 years now.
