I just ordered new rc wheels and now I am wondering exactly what tires to buy.
The front wheel is a 21x2.15 and the rear is a 18x5.5
I could really use some advice here.

I have RC's and am using Avon Venoms. Both of my wheels are 18", but the Venoms come in all sizes. Great tire - it's a toss up between Metzler and Avon - ultimately, I wnet with price.

By the way, I bought my X in Kauai - had it shipped to Oahu. Bought the tires online and had them shipped to Oahu. The shipping was horribly expensive, but none of the dealers on oahu stocked the AVons I was looking for. Took the tires/Rims to Pflueger honda on Leoleo St in Ewa and they mounted and balanced them cheap.

The rear you can safely put a 200/55-18 in either Metz, Avon or Bridgestone. I have run the Metz 200/55-18 and it worked great, I am putting the Avon on this go round just for grins. 8)

I know that I wanna use the Avon 200/55x18 for the rear but on my 2.15x21 front wheel do I use the 90/90H-21 front tire?
Here on Kauai the stealer wants $438 for both those tires.
