Highlander's post got me thinking, Hmmmmm?? If we are starting to be concerned with our health then maybe we should be listing our goals here and we could support each other as well! Putting them in writing and telling our friends are two steps closer to accomplishing our individual goals.

I'll go first ...

40lbs by June - (quantifiable & date)
Excerise 1/2 hour cardio per day Starting January
Quit Smoking cigarettes by February (cigars not included)

You have full permission to encourage and or dog me if I stray from my goals! :thumbup:
