Hell, even CNN has to tip toe around it. Even they can't spin this.
What does Trump have to be desperate about? He has been vindicated on every charge brought by the democrats. He is POTUS with a buffoon running against him. The dems have shown their desperation, and they are afraid of the facts. They are out of offensive plays and have to run an effective defense. This could be fun.

What the whole country, really the whole world, is seeing in Trump right now, more than ever right now, is not his normal boasting or bragging, but high-confidence, assurance, and expectancy - certainly not desperation by even the wildest, or most desperate of imaginations. However, there is clear, obvious and transparent desperation flying around - coming from the entire left, top to bottom right now over the Flynn un-masking and the Russian collusion fake job. They see it all falling apart with their own eyes regardless of Trump. As someone else has said already, the chickens are coming home to roost. Lots of criminal actions available to choose from there. Even the lefts own sanctimonious cult leader Obama himself has stricken the panic chord in a couple of recent statements he has made while trying, but failing, to deflect. It's ironic that while the left is always accusing the right, or anybody for that matter, that votes for Trump, or says a kind word about Trump, or says anything in support of something Trump did is quickly labeled a Trump Worshiper, while it's clear to pretty much everyone now, that the exact opposite is the truth; that Obama is the only false idol being worshiped, and Obama is the only ex-president that sees himself as, and is seen by his worshipers on the left, to be a superior being - literally. He is worshiped exclusively by the left, the very ones that do the accusing. Lets hope he doesn't take any more queues from one of his former cult-leader role-model - the last chapter of "Reverend Jones' handbook of cult leaders". Do I think Obama is worried ? Absolutely, Very much worried and desperate and rightfully so, as his worshipers should be too.

No Justice, No Freedom

The opening credits of the Perry Mason television drama featured a statue of justice as a blindfolded woman raising aloft a pair of scales. This common visual metaphor captures the two critical dimensions of justice: balancing the punishment with the crime, and the equality of all under the law.

Four years ago the Obama administration and rogue partisans in the FBI and DOJ abused their powers in order to keep Donald Trump from being elected, and then to hamstring and sabotage his administration. Now we are nearing the end of the investigations into those crimes, and the truth long obvious to many will finally be confirmed. But if the verification of these crimes is not followed by indictments and the malefactors put on trial, our political system will be seriously damaged, and we citizens will lose faith in the integrity of our justice system and its role in protecting our political freedom

Like freedom, our view of justice as embodying fairness and balance has not been universal to all peoples. They may have had laws, but those laws were not necessarily just. Our notion of justice arises from the creation of constitutional states that first took form in ancient Greece. Before then, power over others was a personal possession of rulers based on their assumed superiority of wealth or birth, and as such was unaccountable to the masses. These rulers made the laws and enforced them, but they were not always subject to the same laws nor were they enforced fairly. Like governing, applying justice, then, was a function of the ruler’s status and privilege, or his alleged connection to the all-knowing gods. Justice, like political power, resided in men, not in laws equally applied.

The constitutional city-states of ancient Greece invented the transformational ideas that political power should be separated from flawed mortals and enshrined in laws and institutions that men managed and applied, but always remained the possession of the political community that outlived any particular man. By the time of the Athenian democracy, citizen males whether rich or poor, illiterate or educated, brought indictments against malefactors, made prosecution and defense speeches, and sat with several hundred “jurors” to adjudicate innocence or guilt, and determined the punishment. That they did so at times wrongly or corruptly, merely confirms their flawed humanity.

That responsibility and privilege of meting out justice given to all citizens reinforced their political equality and freedom. Our system avoids the excesses of the direct democracy of Athens by having professional judges and prosecutors, but they too are still accountable to the people through their elected representatives, or in some states directly through the ballot box. An important exercise of our freedom is to demand that justice, which can involve incarceration that takes away our freedom, be applied equally to all, and balanced with the offense. Anything else is tyranny.

We just saw an example of tyrannical “justice.” A state district court judge in Texas sentenced a salon owner to a week in jail because she opened her business so she and her employees could feed their families. She did not violate a law, but a proclamation from the governor to keep “non-essential” businesses closed. Such ad hoc proclamations are problematic because they frequently reflect subjective or arbitrary judgments of risk that are not based on reasonable, let alone scientific, evidence. Yet the judge in Texas imposed a draconian punishment for no reason other than the business-owner’s refusal to grovel before his authority and admit she was “selfish.” He violated the foundations of true justice––balancing the punishment to the offense, and applying it equally––which led to the woman losing her freedom until the state’s Supreme Court intervened.

Such distortions of justice characterize the lockdown orders issued mainly by blue-state governors. As insulting to the citizens’ freedom as those have been, more serious is the corruption of the Obama administration, especially his FBI and DOJ, that began in the last days of his second term. The President of the United States became involved in a concerted partisan effort to damage the campaign of his potential successor. After Trump was elected, deep-state operatives continued to undermine his administration for four years, spawning a two-year illicit investigation by a special counsel, and preposterous Articles of Impeachment from the Democrat-controlled House. All were riddled with violations of investigatory laws and protocols ranging from the fraudulent FISA court warrants to the withholding of exculpatory evidence.

This attack on President Trump by partisan members of executive agencies of which he is the head has serially demonstrated the corruption of the two prerequisites of true justice: balance and equality under the law. The hounding of Michael Flynn is perhaps the most egregious deformation of true justice. The pretext for investigating him, that he violated the archaic Logan Act, was facially absurd. As the incoming National Security Advisor, speaking with the Russian ambassador was unexceptional, indeed required of his position. That conversation was recorded, as all such contacts are, and then Flynn and others mentioned in the talk were illegally “unmasked.” Even though FBI agents said Flynn didn’t lie, the FBI still set a “perjury trap” with questions about the conversation that they already knew the contents of, and that was perfectly legal. The FBI slyly discouraged Flynn from having a lawyer present, and presto, an American hero who had served his country in war and peace was now a criminal sentenced to prison after having been bankrupted paying for his defense.

Justice was seriously violated because Flynn, though innocent, was treated much differently than many other people who actually committed crimes. The most egregious of whom is Hillary Clinton, who clearly is guilty of using a private server to transmit classified information, which constitutes a felony. For that crime, she was questioned unsworn, with her two lawyers present, both of which would have been material witnesses in any prosecution. Clinton’s “bleaching” of the server and destruction of tens of thousands of emails, which constitutes obstruction of justice, were matters of indifference to James Comey’s FBI. So much for equality under the law and punishment balancing the crime.

So Clinton committed crimes and went scot-free, while Flynn did not commit the crime of lying to the FBI (which Obama seems to think is “perjury”), and underwent the ordeal of having his son threatened, his savings wiped out, and his reputation besmirched, as were other victims like Carter Page. The DOJ has asked the court to vacate the case against Flynn, and that happened only because Donald Trump became president and appointed an Attorney General who understands what true justice is.

Numerous other examples from this corrupt scheme likewise illustrate the violation of justice. Flynn did not commit lie to the FBI and suffered like Jean Valjean, while agency functionaries like James Clapper, John Brennan, and Andrew McCabe lied under oath with impunity. FISA warrants marred with 17 violations were based on the transparently bogus Russian kompromat known as the Steele Dossier paid for by the Clinton campaign and the DNC––facts the petitioners did not reveal to the court––all for dubious partisan purposes that required treating some people differently from others. So far, these violations have gone unpunished except for a few miscreants getting “fired,” which means pulling down a cushy federal pension while enjoying an equally cushy gig with MSNBC.

When such offenses committed by “public servants” sworn to uphold the Constitution go unpunished, our whole political order that protects our freedom is compromised. When justice that is supposed to be blind and balanced becomes corrupted by inequality and excesses, the equality of all free citizens before the law is endangered, for then, to paraphrase Orwell, some pigs are more free and equal than others, hollowing out and weakening those critical political goods. After all, that same sort of corruption provided the offenses that justified the American Revolution in the Declaration of Independence, the bulk of which is a catalogue of George III’s unjust violations of the colonists’ rights, “a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States.”

Similarly, the “soft” tyranny of concentrated power created by our technocratic “managerial elite” is the aim of those who would not accept the legal election of Donald Trump, and who continue trying to damage his administration and forestall his reelection. For such ruling class, true justice must give way to “social justice,” a mask for the further concentration of power at the expense of our liberty. This warping of justice is camouflaged by its claims to eradicate inequality, racism, sexism, homophobia, xenophobia, and other crimes they have hung on Donald Trump and his supporters. But like all tyranny, it’s really all about power.

Over the last few years we’ve seen Justice stripped of her blindfold, and her scales tampered with. As for their victims, the perpetrators and their media hirelings respond as the Gallic chieftain Brennus did to the Romans when they protested the crooked scales that he was using to weigh out the tribute they owed. Throwing his sword on the scales, he sneered, “Vae victis!”––To hell with the conquered.

If we want to avoid becoming a world where sheer power determines justice, all these investigations must end with indictments, trials, and condign punishment in order to hold the malefactors accountable, and deter future ones. But if they are left unpunished, then we will find ourselves increasingly living in a world where justice is not blind, and all are not equal under the law.

Forget About Seeing Any Justice For Obamagate

Allow me to disabuse you of your naïve delusion that we still live in a country with a justice system and break it to you that no one is going to jail for what was done to Flynn, or for the unmasking business, or for the Russia hoax or, for that matter, for any of the corrupt Dem/foreigner collaborations exemplified by the payoffs received by stripperphile and Bolivian folk medicine enthusiast Hoover Biden.

No one.

Well, maybe Mike Flynn himself will. Since his judge is now making up the law as he goes along – in law school they taught us that the judicial branch didn’t prosecute, but that was before the Trump Exception™ to existing principles – I actually expect that the next time the General shows up in court the judge will sentence him on his coerced plea to a “crime” that never happened and order the marshals to immediately take him into custody. And, as we have seen far too often since the advent of the bat biter blues, too many LEOs simply obey, apparently never having got the 411 on how the Nuremburg defense of “just following orders” is unsat. Flynn will get pardoned instead of exonerated, so he’ll get sprung from stir, but he will have no civil recourse for resurrecting his reputation or savings, which is the plan.

We have two justice systems, one for them and one for us, meaning we have no justice system at all.

Sorry to have to break this to you. I know it makes you sad, but how do you think I feel? I spent 27 years helping defend this country and voilà – here we are, a flippin’ banana republic. Turns out our elite is perfectly cool with treating our Constitution like Charmin.

You do understand that to the establishment, this dual track system where they ignore the law and we get the law dropped on us – including through active framing, as with LTG Flynn, to keep us in line – is how they want it, right? This is not an unintended consequence. They are for this.

They are actively for the abuse of the legal system to persecute their political enemies. You adorable naïfs come to me thinking that I, as a lawyer, will assuage your gnawing fear that something is rotten in the state of America. “Kurt, but this…this isn’t right? How can some people be prosecuted but other people with connections get away with crimes?” Well, the answer is simple: that is how many of the people with their grubby paws on the levers of power want it.

They want to use the government to stifle dissent, as the IRS did to Tea Party groups.

They want to make people afraid to oppose them by threatening them with crushing legal fees and maybe jail if they dare join the opposition – look at the trail of bankrupt Trumpworld folks after Obamagate.

They want to frame people working for their enemies and ruin them and put them in prison, a la LTG Flynn.

This permeates liberal culture. Did you know that the ACLU – the Alleged Civil Liberties Union – just sued Betsy De Vos because she ordered reforms to campus man-witch trials that gave men such radical due process rights as the right to know the charges, to have time to respond to them, to not be judged by the same person who is prosecuting them, and to confront their accuser? The ACLU came out against these things – at least in cases where ole Grandpa Badfinger’s not the accused. And speaking of that handsy old weirdo, how about all those lib luminaries leveling with us that even if he did what Tara Reade said he did, eh, no biggie. They’ll vote for him anyway, and that whiny broad should stop crying all over their beautiful progressive narrative.

“Where’s the media?” Silly rabbit! The media is with the establishment 100%. It’s not that the media is failing to do its job and negligently not digging into what is the biggest scandal in American history, a scandal that makes Watergate seem, in comparison, as small and insignificant as the manhood of a Bulwark staffer. Not digging into liberal malfeasance is the media’s job. Eventually, those of you who are constantly surprised that the mainstream media is not the collection of dogged, objective truthtellers it pretends to be are going to get tired of being shocked – shocked, I say! – every single day as the media reaffirms its fealty to the liberal elite narrative every single day.

“Where are the prosecutors?” Oh, now you really are amusing me. The DoJ has a few solid folks at the top apparently trying to salvage some credibility out of this debacle, but it takes time to tame a bureaucracy and thanks to that befuddled dork Jeff Sessions that process got delayed for over two years while he tried to play it straight and got taken to the cleaners by the cheats all around him.

You need to prepare yourself. No one of any significance is going to jail for any of this. Ever.

What Felonia Milhous von Pantsuit did with classified info would have put you and me in striped PJs for a decade. She walked. So did her whole clique.

Andrew McCabe lied again and again and … nope, they won’t charge him.

Looming Doofus Comey will walk. Every Democrat donor in the Mueller gang will walk. Samantha Power will walk. And Obama? Sheesh, chatty perpetual Hannity guest and occasional senator Lindsey Graham may get around to holding his long-promised Obamagate hearings on about the 5th of Never. Big Talkin’ LG won’t even dare to call BHO to testify and you think the Grand Marshal of the Supreme Court is gonna be frog-marching The One out of his new beach mansion to prison? Come on.

I’d love to be wrong. Maybe I am. Maybe the unbroken track record of injustice we’ve seen over the last decade will suddenly break. And maybe my pet unicorn Chet will be the foreman of the jury when one of these slugs somehow gets called to account.

“Then I guess we should just give up and resign ourselves to tyranny?” Oh no. Oh, not at all. My short-term assessment is grave, but my long-term assessment is bright. Tyranny tends to fail over time. Remember, the establishment’s embrace of tactical tyranny is an admission of weakness. When they weren’t threatened they could afford to hide their true nature. All this is their last-ditch effort to resist the popular uprising against their inept rule.

We need to stay on the offensive.

Keep your eye on the prize. The prize is not seeing these scumbags behind bars, though that would satisfy our righteous yearning for justice. The prize is the power to not merely defend our rights and prosperity but to enhance them.

So we keep pushing.

But how do we win?

The Constitution is defiled but it’s not dead, and it contains all the answers. We fight on, electing people who will carry the flag forward. We just got one in California – Los Angeles even! – when Navy vet and conservative Mike Garcia shot down the Democrats’ heir to the seat that the hotel room chair-defiling wierdoess Katie Hill lost. We are building up our team, going seat by seat, filling them with conservatives and purging the spineless likes of Jeff Flake.

It will take time. Everything hard takes time. But that’s how we win. Look at DC today. When Donald Trump took office, he had no insiders on his side. He was surrounded by Bushie traitors and Obama holdovers, all looking to take him down. But fast forward to today. The moles are gone, replaced by all-in conservatives with three years of experience inside the Beltway. Ric Grenell’s masterful bureaucratic battering of Adam Schiffforbrains was a perfect example of how we can play this game too. Think of what our side can do with seven years of experience.

Oh, and buy guns and ammunition. Liberty always needs that backstop of an armed citizenry in case the electoral and judicial systems completely collapse. And it totally gives the libs and the Fredocon sissies fits.

So, stop focusing on putting a few putzes in the pokey. That ain’t happening – by the time we have the power to actually do justice the statute of limitations will have long expired. Instead, focus on the real goal. We need to keep and grow our power by taking the House, keeping the Senate, re-electing the President and helping the Murder Turtle pack the courts with patriots.

It seems so easy. Have the DOJ file the charges in the most glaring obvious slam dunk crime to get the ball rolling in court instead of the press. Until then it just he said/he said.

OUCH! She Gave Barry One Hell Of A Spanking!!!


Dear President Obama: “You seem to think that you are still relevant and can try to manipulate the American people. You aren’t and you can’t”

Last week, the world was stunned, as documents were released to the public revealing the biggest presidential scandal in American history— the weaponizing of our intelligence agency by outgoing President Barack Obama to target and sabotage President-elect Trump’s incoming administration.

Instead of keeping a low-profile, the arrogant Barack Obama instead gave a virtual commencement ceremony to historically black colleges, where he attacked the handling of the pandemic by President Trump, Vice President Pence, and the entire coronavirus task force.

Barack and Michelle Obama aren’t capable of giving a commencement speech unless the subject of race is somehow included. Barack’s commencement speech was no exception.

Here’s an excerpt from Barack (the spy) Obama’s commencement speech:
This pandemic has shaken up the status quo, laid bare a lot of our country’s, deep-seated problems, from massive economic inequality, to ongoing racial disparities, to a lack of basic healthcare for people who need it. It’s woken a lot of young people up to the fact that the old ways of doing things just don’t work. That it doesn’t matter how much money you make if everyone around you is hungry and sick, and that our society are not democracy only work when we think not just about ourselves but about each other.
A woman who only identifies herself as “Mrs. JLV” responded to Barack Obama’s commencement speech on Facebook. Her response to his speech was so powerful and poignant, that we had to share it on our website. We think you’ll agree that her response to our former arrogant and race-obsessed president is spot on.

Dear President Obama,
You seem to think that you are still relevant and can try to manipulate the American people. You aren’t and you can’t.

Your recent remarks during your “virtual” commencement highlight your need to make everything about race. You see, our country isn’t racist, it is people like you who keep referencing the color of our fellow Americans’ skin. It is the media, who feed off of headlines like black man, white man, and even more inflammatory “white cop”, who keep racism alive in our country. I am NOT saying that there aren’t people in our country who aren’t racist. There are black people, who hate white people because of the color of their skin, just like there are white people, who hate black people because of the color of their skin. Heartbreaking that anyone could hate another person because of the color of their skin.
However, you seem to bring up race whenever you are given the opportunity. Sadly, you chose your 2020 commencement speech to “spotlight” race and the “inequalities” of the “black communities”.

I have a few questions for you-
1) Why was your commencement speech to historically” black colleges and universities? What about the graduates from “historically” white colleges? Are they irrelevant to you? Or could you just not find a way to give a speech that didn’t fit into your personal agenda to all 2020 graduates, not just black graduates?
You had an opportunity to speak from your heart and empathize with their disappointment at not being able to participate in an actual graduation, a chance to walk and be proud of their accomplishments. To cherish their moment in the sun. Instead, you did what you “historically” do best. You made their graduation about you and your need to divide our country. You just had to go there; (referencing COVID which has claimed a disproportionately large number of African Americans) you made it racist. You said COVID, “spotlights the underlying and extra burdens that black communities have historically had to deal with in this country.” COVID is not racist, it is a virus and yet, you made it a racist virus.
You had a platform to tell these amazing people, who had just earned their college degrees, to go out into the world and make a difference, to follow their dreams, to live their lives as decent people. To break the barriers and treat every person they meet as their equal. To not judge anyone because they are different or have different beliefs. It doesn’t matter if someone wears clothes that are different than they do, speaks a different language (and Yes, I talking to you deep southerners with your accents that no one can understand! 😉) or people who look different than we do. Break the barriers.
2) Did you forget that the ONLY reason you are giving your virtual commencement speech is because of the pandemic that our country is trying to deal with? Specifically, the 2020 graduates that you are speaking to? You know, the ones who are listening to you and looking for words of encouragement at a time in their lives when everyone in America is wondering what the future holds.
Again, you had the chance to inspire these graduates and encourage them to think about how they can make a difference in not only their future but the future of our country. They shouldn’t look back on their college graduation as something they missed out on but something they should be proud of because it has made them who their future selves will be. Men and women who will make the best of a difficult situation. Men and women who have had to learn that life doesn’t guarantee anything, not a graduation ceremony, not an easy life, or a perfect life. Because they graduated in 2020 they have a head start that no other graduating class has ever had, the ability to adapt and cope with whatever life throws at them. They are the ones who are going to make a difference in life and in the future of our country. They are the lucky ones, they will succeed because they know how to make the best of what life gives them.
3) Why do you feel the need to make everything about race? You could have said, “a man went for a jog.” Instead, you made it about race. “A black man went for a jog.” First of all, how is this even part of your graduate commencement speech?? How is a man’s death a topic to discuss at a graduation commencement? Isn’t it time we stop identifying people by the color of their skin.
Fun fact- I was always telling people about a friend of mine, Kate, who was a lawyer, had an awesome marriage, her daughter, who was a star athlete, etc… Kate and I were having lunch one day and I ran into an acquaintance of mine. I introduced her to Kate. Days later I ran into that same acquaintance and she was SHOCKED that I had never mentioned that Kate was black. You see, I was confused because I don’t preference the color of the skin of my friends when I talk about them. They are just my friends, people just like you and me. You see, President Obama, the color of Kate’s skin wasn’t relevant, at least not to me. WHO she is, is what is relevant. I pray that one day you will learn that using the color of a person’s skin is racist and irrelevant, everyone is just a friend or a person just like you and me.
President Obama, you were given an opportunity to take the “high road, when others go low.” You had an opportunity to inspire and encourage these college graduates, who are the future of America, who will be one day be faced with difficult decisions on how to keep our country as our forefathers laid out. And yet, you chose to tow the diehard liberal line and make this about politics and race. You went low, when you should have taken the high road.

As with every investigation against progressive liberal socialist communist democrats, this one will go nowhere. I hope I'm wrong, but I doubt it.

With the current massive virus power grab and our freedoms being chipped away like paint on an old barn, this nation is in a VERY bad place. Lord helps us!
