Guess I will have to take the PC tower apart and tinker with the insides a bit. Hope I don't get zapped :p

if you remove your side cover,,,the cord that comes from the monitor and hooks to the puter...
if it hooks directly to the motherboard,,,then a new card can be used instead,,,if it hooks to a card on the board you can get another card..
but it has to be the card...
now i do know when i use my v as a monitor the pics are fine but the text flashes really fast,,,makes it a pain to look at,,,and that from my video card...
try the de glossing and even your monitor settings,,,you may be able to fine tune it some and live with it or least make it better

no reason for you to take off the cover to just LOOK at the card....you degauss the monitor, not the card..it is a function of your monitor, not you card...

plug in another monitor and see if it is the monitor or the computer...then you will know which way to go
Where do I go to look at the monitor card? Control Panel?

Not a card. Menu button on the monitor.

if after trying the adjustments on the monitor and that doesnt help ,,another monitor isnt gonna help either,,,either the pixels are good or their bad in a monitor..
contrast and sharpness will make a image look blurry but usually it will make text look that way too
CC if i had the problem heres the steps i would take to diagnose

id do the monitor adjustments
id check and make sure the monitor cord is secure--remove then connect

If i had a video card and also my motherboard had on board video---i would move the monitor cord to on board and check
if no on board i would remove the cover and remove the video card and reseat it
if i had a empty slot i would put it on that one[sometimes motherboard slots go bad]
if all of this failed i would install another video card ...

if you like i can probably send you a video card to see,,,i give all my old puter stuff to my son and i do recall recently seeing him still have my old raedon video tv card in his stuff

well the first step should have been to take off the old mans glasses

Didn't change a thing! Color images seem to be fine, except on VTXOA. In fact your avatar and sig pic are blurry to me.

if ya had mentioned that little tidbit of info ,,,coulda saved ya a few grey haris there
so your graphics is ok everywhere except on vtxoa?
assuming your using the same browser to go elsewhere on the net and vtxoa is only one that shows blurry images...im lost ...
i would say your using low quality images in here but even that dont explain why my image is also blurry[assuming it blurrier than before]
you can try going in the settings of the browser itself and mess around and test things out,,,,
