sorry for the off topic but maybe someone can help me with this.

This morning when the wife went off to work her dash lights would not light up. Found out neither do her running tail lights. I thought maybe a fuse blown (a safety thing where if the tail lights are out the dash lights also go out kinda as a notification) anyways changed out the fush no luck.

Where would you check next...this is a 2004. 4wd Limited.

Possible relay too...don't have a Yota myself but I know there was a relay box under the hood too.

Just a shot in the dark.

Have a look at the Fuseable link coming off of the + side of the battery.
Was the fuse you replaced blown? Check the fuse for the cig lighter & the dome light.

Did you check all the fuse panels? There's one under the hood and the dash...SC
