After double knee replacement I was not ready to quit riding so I triked my 03 1800 C with a Champion kit, added a fairing complete with stereo, a 6 degree rake kit, and a hard shell tour pack. I then built a chrome rear bumper and added 300 LED lights for accent. For those long distance rides I took a Harbor freight trailer and modified the axle for 15 inch tires to match the trike and then fabricated an aluminum 2 compartment waterproof box complete with 100 LED lights on the under side. As for the cost, if I thought about it real hard it would probably take the fun out of it.
That is one shap looking trike!

And thank you again for letting me take your old wheel/brake set up off your hands last year. I hope all is going great with you in TN.

40* rake with 6* trees, started as a used 02 C model....still a couple things left to do on it, but the major stuff is done

This bike is beautiful, is this possible to do to my VTX 1800 Retro, or will just the C model look like this? Sorry for the question, new here, and new to the VTX..

So so I just sold my M109r, hoping to get something more comfortable for me and the wife to ride together. I still need a powerful bike that can be customized. I have always liked the 1800N. Not to dig up an old thread, but the link to the pics is dead. Does anybody have any more info about this build? This X has got me leaning toward going the VTX route for my next bike.

Thanks
Russell

Link is dead because that site has been banned from this site and others for good reasons. Any time you see ***** in place of a name, best not to even try to find it, you'll thanks us later

all of them look damm good. The blue one from Miami needs to have the front fender lowered just a bit to fill the gap. Other wise all are nice bikes.:D:D

I just went through the whole thread again. Many of these bikes have been sold over time and new owners never made it to the oa or Cafe again :-?

This thread should be auto-bumped yearly just to keep it alive
