This site states some facts.
One would need a number of 16 gram cartridges, but they sell much larger one.

Just curious at what rpm it would have to run? Since these bikes don't really charge at an idle. But point is taken. I never was very smartish.
Your question made me curious so I looked and couldn’t find the RPMs for V2Ks but I’m guessing somewhere around 3K. My Valkyrie, which had an actual alternator was full charging at 3250 rpm.

I personally don't want to be the guy in the intensive care unit thinking, "Damn I gambled on that plug holding up, and look what being cheap cost me!"

I'd plug it only long enough to get it to the dealer for a new tire, and I live close enough to one not to have to drive over 35 mph.

I agree that having some way to pump up your tire on the road is way better than calling a tow truck
IMHO, having Ride-On in the tires, and not having to pump or plug is better.

You guys might not like this reply, but for me it depends on how new the tire is. I plugged a tire with only about 300 miles on it because I picked up a screw. And I rode it until the tire was worn out. Yes, I was wary of it.
Same story here new bike; MV Agusta about 300ish miles when I found a nail in the rear tire.
Plugged it with Nealy rope type plugs, mini size.
Yes rode it until wear bar was reached. With no problems.

Back in the day when tubeless tires first were available for motorcycles.
We plugged motorcycle tires at the shop.
Customers were provided 3 choices:
new tire
install a tube
or
install a plug ... no paper trail and no money accepted.
however, tips of adult beverage or pop were considered.;)

I’ve never tried it. I have tried other tire sealants, but I don’t want the guy who does my next tire change to have a surprise fall out of there and, cursing, he’s got to clean it and my rim.😁
You need to go to their website and read ALL about it. It does not cover the inside of the whole tire, only most of the part that on its outside would be in contact with the road. It is absolutely NOT like green slime that goes everywhere and makes a real mess. the Ride-on stays intact as a soft compound that can be wiped out with a rag. It doesn't make any contact with the rims. MY $.02

They make several different compounds. For a MC tire, I use the 'orange' compound. Buy as a 3 -8 oz. bottle pack and get the short hose adapter free. They have a chart for recommended amounts per tire size, but a little more rather than little less is OK. Normally, 1 8oz. bottle for a frt. tire, and a little more than that , maybe 10-12 oz. for a MC rear. But I run Darkside, and have nearly 2 bottles in my tire. If you decide to try this stuff, give me a shout and I'll give you a couple more tips. Before using it.

Took a twenty five minute ride one way to the nearest City.Leesburg.Made a few stops got (?) two miles from the house noticed something was "off" with bike handling. Home in the garage a FLAT rear!!So....I ordered a NEW rear tire I installed with No help!! So the low mileage (it has two) plugs rear will get inner patches and stored away for future.
