I have a pair of Willie & Max synthetic saddlebags. They seem to be holding up very well, but I'm wondering if anybody knows of a good product to help protect them from rain/water/sun, etc.? I've used the Honda all purpose cleaner on them (I figure if it works on the seat it will work on the bags). Is there something better? :?:

Believe it or not, on SYNTHETIC bags, good old Armor All, or Son of A Gun.

I use VINYLEX, from Lexol, this stuff is great. It seems to last longer than
armor all, or others. It also doesn't give it the "wet look", but a soft shine
gets my vote

Like Korbo said, the Lexol products are great (I get them at Tractor supply). I had Willie and Maxes on my last bike and chose to go with them again. Had them a year when I sold it and they still looked brand new and I take every opportunity to ride in the rain.
