Hello guys im new here to the board and im a proud owner of a 2006 honda vtx 1300s. This is my first bike and im just now getting to understand the importance of comfort when riding. I would like to go out and drop the cabbage on a new set of forward controls but i cant afford to do that with wife and family. Any way the question is will a set of 2003 honda vtx 1800c stock oem forward controls fit on a 2006 honda vtx 1300s. Thanks in advance to anyone that could help me with this question.

Not sure what you're after, but if you just want the controls moved forward, and not trying to neccessarily change the look, you could go with the dublin extenders, they move the stock controls ahead about 3 inches, and sell for around $115 or so.

As far as the 1800 controls fitting, I have no idea...

from what ive read the 1800c stock forwards will not fit on a 1300,
i know two people who tried unsuccessfully and had to resell
the set up and have to buy the stock 1300 stock forwards to do
that type of conversion. im one of those people 8)

Well guys thanks for the responses i was just trying to get a bit more leg room and im not a big fan of the floorboards. i suppose im on the hunt for a stock set of 1300 oem forward controls wish me luck and again thanks for your input on this questions.

what kind of forward controls are those on your bike?

Hey DonvtxC, are those milled or stepped accutronix controls you have on your bike? I like the look of them.
