You can put a 200 directly on with no modifications to the fender, but only on a 1800 rear rim. If you put a 200 on the 1300 rear rim it will look just like the 170 stock tire. If you do a search for Foots mod, you will find all the information you need to do the swap.

If it means anything to ya, I've had at least 3 people tell me that my Venom looks alot wider than the stock dunlop did since I put it on. Same size, even measured it next to another C with a dunlop still on it, but it really does look alot wider.... even with the two sitting side by side.

You can put a 200 on it make sure its the new metz. Everyone talkes about pinching but the tire looks the same either way.

The Venom does look wider in the stock size.

I have a 200 metz. and a duncrap mounted and I measrured both, laying side by side and the 200 is a little over 3/8 in. wider than the 170 555j , and it is taller. The 200 isnt really 3worth the extra $$$$ for the 3/8in. wider. But it is wider than the 170 555j, I know I will get some arguements out of some of the guys but I measured it and it is, It may not look like it mounted but it is.

If you put the 200 on a 1800 rim it is a lot wider than the 200 on a 1300 rim. The Avon 170 will be wider than the than the Metz 200 on the 1300 rim. PM vtxtreme, he has a side by side picture of the two.
