Has anyone have suggestions regarding the removal of the factory grips without destroying them? I'm getting ready to replace them with some aftermarket grips. I'm not sure I won't to destroy the factory one if possible.

Thanks for any support :p

Use your factory grip end caps as fork bolt caps -

If you're installing the ISO grips (I have them), you'll never go back to the factory grips. Click on the above link to HDL and there's some good reviews.

Also, use your chrome cap ends on your grips to put over those ugly tripple tree dull fork bolts. The chrome end caps can be placed over them and attached with black silicon. The silicon will keep them attached, resist vibration, and can be pulled off for fork service with no damage to any of the parts. They can also be reattached with some silicon after fork service. The chrome end caps really help the front end (visually) and are not too high or boring.
