Would anybody be interested in riding to Knoebels? From my house its a 2 hour 8 min drive of absolutely gorgeous scenery, then you end up at an amusement park, well, the largest free admission park in the USA! There we could picnic, grab a few rides for real cheap, and have fun.

My wife, 3 year old and myself went we spent $30.00 and had a blast!

Let me know. Heres the URL for Knoebels, that pronounced (Ka-Nobles).

http://www.knoebels.com/

Check it out!

Looks like Im going to do this August 25th if anyone is interested.

Let me know who wants to go.

Be careful if you ride up on Route 61. It can be hazardous to motorcycle tires. There are gremlins right around the Pottsville area.

Not sure about going. I live in the exact opposite direction, so Id be riding alone. Unless I made it a 6 hour trip and headed down your way, first, which Im fine with, but the wife is not as dedicated as I and I feel bad leaving her behind. (kinda defeats the reason I bough the cruiser)

the reason for the cruiser is for cruising on 2 to 12 hour rides!!!!!! :D lol

i understand, not a problem, Im going in august, either the 4th or 25th and I already have a group of friends going and decided to extend my invitation to my X bros and sis's, Everytime I go there I see tons of bikes, each time there has been 50 + bikes parked there.

Figured its a very nice and scenic ride and the end point is a lot of fun. Plus you can camp there if you want to. I have my family going by cage while i go by bike.

Its in ELysburg and Im sure we could find a nice meeting point before we get to knoebels.

Everybody is welcomed! let me know, I will know on the exact date soon. MOst likely be the 25th of August. I will confirm.

Brettx,
Which turn signals do you need, I have a set of stock rear and a set of small red leds. Let me know and they are yours, if it will help u get the bike inspected.

Actually, Brettsx suggestion is fairly close to what I had in mind for you.
RT. 61 is a good ride too, just got a bad rap with the tire issues.
