Anyone heard of a product, I think its called Rust Stop. Someone at a body shop said to use this product instead of primer and paint to coverup drill holes for my fender tips. Said its black in color and will prevent rust on exposed metal?

Most of this stuff is phosphuric acid based. It will neutralize rust, by changing the molecular structure. I would still go with a good primer to promote good paint adhesion.

Auto tech is a good thing, but, I would still prime.

If I use Auto-tech
I need to do anything else e.g prime or paint(touchup)

Yes, but do NOT use an etching type primer or lacquer primer.
Use an epoxy or high build urethane...Upol, Dupont and SEM have a 1K aerosol primer(very simple)
