guys for some reason 1 - 3 feel nice,
but 4th and 5th gear feel sluggish, anything i should
look into ?!

How fast are you you going in 4th and 5th? Unless you're just putting around, change to 4th around 45 or 50 MPH, and 5th around 60 MPH.

After screwing around with my carbs & adding the stage 3 kit my 5th gear wants speeds over 70 to be happy.
