đź—ŁI have a 2005, VTX 1800 C and I wanted to get the heel toe shifter and floorboards to work in Bolt right up with no issues. Is there anyone that can point me in the right direction of how to do this and which ones to get that will work
I keep hearing it will work from a 1300r but then I keep hearing people say it won’t work. I’m very confused. . Which Vtx will bolt up with my C 1800 2005. 🤦‍♂️

The heel/tow will work but not the floorboards as the frame mounts between models are different.

I changed out my pegs for floorboards on my c. I really wanted a heal/toe shifter because of my bad leg. I was leaning toward the cobra floorboards becaues it was bolt on but had a hard time finding a shifter. Every one I found the reviews were bad. I ran int a guy who wanted pegs on his retro so we swaped my pegs for is floorboards. His was a bolt on project with my parts but I had to make a bracket for the floorboards because the c does not have the bolt holes/mounting for the bracket on the bottom of the frame. It was simple to make and is not seen well. I am very happy with the result. I would consider finding some one to exchange with you because of the cost. Out right purchase would run some where $550+. the photo is not very good on how I did it but if you are interested I can send photos by email my photo host is full

John, where are you located? That sure is a factor in who can help and how.
I am unclear on what you have and what you desire. Are you saying that you currently have floor boards or that you want some?
I currently have floor boards that the PO installed on the bike. Since this is a C model (1800), I do not really fancy them. I would prefer the stock pegs. So a direct swap might be possible. However, your location is important.

Why are members, esp. new ones, so damn reluctant to include their location(s)? The FBI, Chi-Coms, DNC, all have your personal information and know where you are every minute you are on the internet.
