blew the stock 20 amp/250 volt fuse that came with the horn and i have gone all over hell and back (radio shack,wallmart,autozone,murrys,k-mart) to find a replacement and no one has this fuse.

everything out there is 32 volts.

i did find a 20a/250v fuse but it is ceranmic and dosent work.

can i move to a more common fuse size? if so what rating can i use?

Ok...from all the years in trucking...check a Freightliner dealer, Kentworth, International etc.

I've got them here in stock. Same setup and everything, different brand but it's the same relay.

Take the old one with you, just in case.

Also try Fleetpride or a Truck Pro type place, any place that sells parts for class 8 trucks.

you do not need a 250v fuse....that is its maximum voltage rating...the bike is 12v so 32v/20 amp fuse is good. plain old ordinary automotive fuse
ill give this a shot.

just out of curiosity, what is the diff between a regular fuse and a ceramic one?
