ok, I want to mount a stebel horn. I keep reading about putting it on the swingarm. Exactly where is the swing arm. I'm new at this and I just want to see if it will be well concealed. anybody got any pictures of it mounted there.

Here ya go. It's right in front of the rear tire, on the bottom:

Note that mine is mounted differently than most people's, and not as recommended by Stebel. I drilled into the round tubing and tapped holes for bolts, so the sound points downward and radiates out in all directions, instead of pointing backwards.

Hey Dan...as you can tell by all my questions, I'm new to all this. Your link says to attach the bracket to the swing arm using self tapping screws (not supplied). What size/kind of screws do you recommend? Also, would you recommend using lock tight or something similar? Horn should be here any day now. I just want to be ready.

self drilling screw #6 work great and yes, I put a drop of blue loctite on them. loctite also come in a paste stick now (like chapstick) it works great too.
