Can anyone tell me what size stainless nuts to get to replace the acorn nuts on my exhaust? Two of them fell off. I guess that explains the decel popping and the exhaust leak.

I had the same thing happen, but they both fell off the front pipe! Fortunately, the pipe didn't get damaged. I ordered replacement cap nuts from www.hdlparts.com, mainly because I had a hard time finding them locally.

Here's the part number/cost from hdlparts.com:

NUT, CAP (8MM)
90304-ME1-670 004 $3.21

Yeah, my rear ones keep working loose. Haven't had the chance, been lazy, to take them to a local hardware store.

Glad i'm not the only one...lol. Sorry for them being a PITA for you too.

is there some high temp locktite you can use?
I didn't want to use lock-tite, because then you'll have a hard time getting the nuts off without taking the studs out with them.
My studs came out even without using any loctite. Painting my engine while I am having some things powdercoated, went to drop the exhaust and acorns stuck.
