Ive noticed the last couple of tanks ,when I switch to reserve it just doesnt seem to be running right while on reserve , It seems fine when I fill up and switch to on. It just has a little feel like its not getting enough gas, Is it my imagination or has anybody else had this problem. Any help Thanks. I dont have a manual but checked a parts fische and it looke like there is screen or filter into the tank, Could this be a little plugged????

Could be the screen, or just some crap in the fuel pickup.
The way to find out is to drain the tank, and pull the petcock off and check.
