Can i use a 130-90-17 on the front of a 1300r? It takes 140-80-17,I was looking at tires and the 130-90-17 looks real good.

I dont know why you couldnt. Im running a 150 on the front.
As long as it will bead on the rim, I would think you would be good to go.
I dont know why you would want to, but to each their own.

I just took off a 120 80 17 from the front of my bike and went to the 150 70 17. The 120 rode fine but the wider tire seems to better. It feels a bit more stable

the 150 I have is the Metz. radial.
