I was wandering if anyone had installed the Kuryakyn light bar with the LED turn signals (PN# 4001). If so, have any of you had any problems with it? The head lamps in the bar seem to have gotten so hot that they melted the lens and blew the bulb itself. The instructions that came with it were not very good at all, and guess I have it wired correctly. If anyone has any pointers I would really like to hear them.

I had nothing but trouble with mine..IMO the biggest piece of crap bar you can purchase. Blew bulbs and lenses often, ceramic connector inside blew apart several times, chrome peeled, and the LED's can't even be seen anyways.
Problem seems to be the cheap bracket they give you is way too thin and allows the bars to vibrate too much. Maybe if you could fab a better, stronger bracket?
I got sick of the never ending bulb and socket replacement...so I got rid of it
My advice.....get a new bulb and lens in it then ebay that sucker quick.
