I am curious to see if anybody has had issues with them. I orders progressive springs and all balls bearings on 6/18. After asking for a tracking number they sent me one that showed the progress of my all balls bearings that arrived today. I logged onto the site and it shows both the my spring and the bearings being shipped.

I also have a few dress up items that show they haven't shipped on a separate order. My big concern here is do I cancel my order since they can't seem to ship things in a timely manor and/or forget to ship items? Or am I just unlucky and those of you that have purchased from them are happy?

I recently placed a large order with them. I was very happy with their service and communication. I received the majority of the order in a timely manner, 3-4 days. Only one item, a set of pipes from HK, took longer than the other items, approx 10 days.

If you're having a problem, call them and speak to Andy. He's one of the owners and I know he'll help you out and get you some answers.

I ordered a battery and a radiator cover in Feb. Got the battery in 4 weeks still havent got the cover. I have called and sent e mails with no awnser to either. They got me once but never again. Ken

I ordered shocks. Waited and waited. Then called. The wouldn't give tracking #, just said give it 2-3 days. After a week, I called again. Same story. Again a week later> Even received a shipping confirmed email that turned out bogus. Finally I requested and received refund. I won't bother with them again. Don't have the patience.

I have purchased from them numerous times, and only ran into a problem once.
They don't answer their e-mail. Call and talk to Justin, not Andy!
IMO and others that know them and do business with them, Justin seems to be the one that cares the most about the business. He'll take care of you!

I ordered a memphis shades windshield and mounting kit from them once. After a month, I cancelled the order, drove 20 miles and bought it from the local stealer.

Just update i did not place my order until 3-10-07 no phone calls or emails were ever awnsered. Just got shipping notice that my order is no the way. I am going to send it back if possible. 3-10 to 7-4 way too long with no awnsers.
