Got a couple of questions for everyone. Does anyone know if a the 1300 C factory handlebars will fit the 1300R and what has to be done to install them? Also, will a 1300C one piece seat fit the 1300R? If not, does anyone know of an aftermarket one piece (two rider) tapered rear seat for the 1300R?

Don't know about the handlebars but I have a Corbin Young Gun's seat on my bike that might be what your looking for.

The bars will work but the R cables are a bit long for the C. I have a C with R bars and re-routed the cables. You may want to go to the dealer and sit on a C and make sure you like the position. It will be easy to compare the R and C position with two bikes side by side. Good luck.

Sniper666 and 200cs...thanks for the feedback. Love the scoot Sniper. Checked out the Corbin website and really like the Young Gun seat. I take it you are happy with it and consider it worth the price.

200cs, thanks for the input about the bars. Heading to the Honda shop a little bit later today and will do a comparison with the C model.

Again, new to the biking scene and brand new to the VTX. Everyone on the board is really boosting my knowledge quickly. I appreciate it!!
