Just bout my VTX 1800C this past weekend and very excited to have it but also very anxious to personalize it... I want to eliminate the licence plate bracket and move it to a side mount. Problem is with the C model is the turn signals are also mounted on the same bracket. Any suggestions on where I can move them??? Thanks!

Thanks guys, but I think I kinda like the stockers b/c they match the front turns signals. I was wondering if they could be mounted on the tail chrome pieces on each side of the rear fender where the sisy bar would mount to. Only problem with that I guess would be if I want to get a sissy bar... Maybe I'll just have to do a drill and mount to the side of the rear fender? (God I would hate drill into my new bike!!!) Has anyone done this before?

Most everyone just replaces front and rear signals. I have some info on different setups on my site (just a couple and a sidemount plate).
I can say that you wouldn't be able to get the big stock blinkers onto the fender rails without heavy modification or changing the base. If you remove one signal you'll see what I mean.

You can see the bolt just under the fender tail section if you want to remove it to see.

The previous owner of my bike used the little bullets and drilled holes in the fender for them. I'm still trying to decide what to do with my rear fender/ lighting. I was looking at the custom dynamics. I will have to either fill the holes he drilled or replace the fender. I have been looking at an Xchoppers rear 200/210 fender with a flush mount LED. There's just so many options its getting harder to decide.
