Can anyone tell me if an exhaust system off of a 2002 1800 VTXS fit on a 2006 18000 VTXC.

Yes...BUT you will have to have the R exhaust hanger bracket and the R side pod as the R exhaust cuts straight back over the clutch housing and the C exhaust wraps around the front of the clutch housing. The exhaust will melt the plastic side pod
