wondering if anyone knows if the stock risers off a 1800 will fit a 2006 1300R. i've only seen a pic of them and thay look like they "might" fit but would like to be sure before i buy a set. if they will fit are the stock cables/wires long enough and are there any modifications required? Thanks

Are you talking about the 1800 C or 1800 R Risers. In either case they will work. I have had both on my 1300 S. I have an 1800 retro Riser and aftermarket chrome top clamp if you are interested. Let me know.

I bought 1800C risers for my 05 1300R never used them. The C has the speedo case built into the top clamp so you have to use your 1300 top clamps and they don't match up (different shapes) also the riser bolts were to short could only get a few threads into the nut. I also didn't like the way they wouldn't cover the holes in the triple trees. bought big bike parts 4" cut out risers love the way they look and didn't have to change any cables.

I wound up purchasing the Phatt II Risers. Feel and look great, with no cable issues
