Does anyone have pics or links to a bike with a windshield and ape hangers?

I have an 03' VTX 1300 with 18" Ape Hangers. I have been going on longer and longer rides and I think I may need to break down and throw a windshield on there for the 300+ mile trips.

My concern is the clearance. The windshields look to angle back toward the driver and my apes go almost straight up. P.S. No I do not want to angle my bars back.

Love apes, but I personally don't like the looks of a windsheild, and much less with apes! I would think that a quick release type would serve you well. I'm waiting for my 16" apes now for over 1.5 months! The fucking delivery is taking forever!!

If you have any pics of your bike with 18" apes -- please post them....

I have tried multiple times to post my pics on this site and I can't get it to work.

I found all the suggestions and techniques on VTXOA to do all the wiring and installation myself for the apes. If you have any questions I will be happy to tell you what your in for.

If you want people to check out your bike all the time apes are the way to go.
