In all these years I've never seen nor heard of any. Floorboards (with heel/toe shifter and brake lever rotated up as far as possible) might be a workable option.

 

If you find any, I'd like to know, though I really mostly want another 'mid' position to put my feet on long rides, and not necessarily to move the 'controls'. Haven't found a good way to do either one, yet, though.

 

Im just a small guy, only 5'7" with a 30 in seem, I have a 1300c with R model floor boards, works well for me
