I can't seem to build up any pressure. I don't have a vaccum so I am relying on the old fashioned hand pump method. Any suggestions or recommendations to get pressure again so I can complete the flushing process?

Try pumping the brake lever very slow with the top of master cyl off & caliper valve shut. Check for bubbles at master cyl.

I recently had to work on the brakes on the GTO and I got a set of Speed Bleeders by Russell Performance. Not the best things since sliced bread, but close. Made it real easy to thoroughly flush all the brake lines out.

I went to HF and bought a Vacuum pump for bleeding the brakes and clutch. It sure made the job easy on the clutch. Next I'll be doing the brakes.

I think I'm going backwards. I used a vacuum bleeder, one of those hand pump gadgets, last time I changed fluids and didn't really like the way it preformed. Sometimes it would pull the fluid nice and smooth and sometimes not. I felt that maybe it was bleeding too fast and could have caused air pockets. I got everything done with no problems I just wasn'st comfortable with the tool.So this time around I think I'm just gonna hand pump everything the old fashioned way and see if I get a better result.
