I just ordered some throttle cables from them, and never saw an option for anything to do with recurring billing. I think PayPal screwed something up. But, I'll keep my eye on my account...just in case.

If you see it in your pre-approved payments I'd love to know. As I am sure there was no such option.

Recurring billing and subscription are the same thing. It used to pay for things you get monthly. Like Netflix.
Instead of getting a bill from Netflix you allow them to automatically take their monthly fee. It is a pre-authorized payment.

Just like credit cards. My internet servvice provider is authourized to debit my credit card for a set amount each month.

We as the account owners must authorize these pre-payments. In this case I did not.
So how it got there is beyond me.

 

I've placed a few orders.. with no issue, I got a FPR, and some new shock bushings....

 

Ive ordered tons of parts from them and never had a problem. I find they had some of the best prices along with motorcycle goodies . those are the only 2 companies I use for oem parts. Check them out too

Understood. It doesn't make sense for parts though, unless you are ordering a tire every month.
